These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between Apropos Group LLC ("Apropos," "we," "us," or "our") and the person or organization using our purchasing pages or services ("you"). By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a service, or using NGCC, NAT-CORP, NEBC, or an Analyze Fit report, you accept these Terms.
Eligibility and authority
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. If you act for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it. You must provide accurate, current information and protect your credentials.
Subscriptions, free trials, and billing

- Each standard subscription begins with a 14-day free trial. A valid payment method is required.
- Unless canceled before the trial expires, the selected subscription automatically converts to a paid monthly subscription and Stripe charges the displayed price.
- Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Taxes may be added when legally required.
- You authorize Stripe and Apropos to charge the payment method associated with your subscription.
- Prices may change prospectively. We will provide notice when required, and changes do not retroactively alter an already-paid billing period.
Cancellation and access
You may cancel through available account or Stripe customer-portal controls or by contacting support. Unless otherwise stated during cancellation, access continues through the active trial or paid billing period and then ends. Cancel before the displayed trial expiration to avoid the first monthly charge. Cancel before the next renewal date to avoid the next monthly charge.
Failed payments
If a charge fails, we or Stripe may retry it, request an updated payment method, restrict access, or cancel the subscription. You remain responsible for authorized charges incurred before cancellation.
Refunds
Subscription and report purchases are generally nonrefundable once charged or delivered, except where required by law or when Apropos determines that a billing or processing error occurred. Canceling stops future renewals but does not automatically refund a completed charge.
Analyze Fit reports and usage allowances
- NGCC and NAT-CORP each include five Analyze Fit reports per monthly billing period. Trial access includes one report per product trial.
- Unused included reports expire at the end of the billing period and do not roll over.
- Additional Analyze Fit reports are $29.00 each and are available only to users with an active NGCC or NAT-CORP entitlement.
- Material solicitation amendments may require a new or updated analysis.
Partner promotional access
Authorized partnership access may provide NGCC and NAT-CORP access for 30 days from registration, without a payment method or automatic conversion, and may include two Analyze Fit reports in total. Codes may be limited, disabled, or revoked. Partner access does not include NEBC unless expressly stated in writing.
Procurement-information limitations
Apropos Group LLC is not a government agency. The services provide discovery, organization, matching, analysis, and decision support. They do not guarantee completeness, continuing availability, eligibility, responsiveness, award, revenue, or contracting success.
Government sources, solicitation documents, amendments, deadlines, and contracting-officer instructions control. You are responsible for reviewing official sources, confirming current requirements, determining eligibility, obtaining professional advice where appropriate, and submitting accurate and timely responses. Analyze Fit and Business Readiness outputs are informational decision-support materials, not legal, tax, accounting, certification, or procurement advice.
Acceptable use
You may not share credentials; bypass access controls; scrape, resell, republish, or systematically extract the services; interfere with security or availability; upload unlawful or malicious material; impersonate others; use the services to violate law or third-party rights; or attempt to reverse engineer proprietary methods except where law expressly prohibits this restriction.
Your information and materials
You retain ownership of information and materials you submit. You grant Apropos a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and analyze them as necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the requested services. You represent that you have the right to provide them.
Intellectual property
The services, branding, interfaces, software, report structures, methodologies, and original content are owned by Apropos or its licensors and protected by applicable law. No rights are granted except the limited, revocable right to use the purchased service during an active entitlement.
Third-party services and government sources
The services rely on third-party providers and link to government or external systems. Apropos does not control their availability, content, security, or policies. Your use of third-party services may be governed by additional terms.
Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." APROPOS DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT RESULTS.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APROPOS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR OPPORTUNITIES; OR PROCUREMENT DECISIONS. APROPOS'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO APROPOS FOR THE AFFECTED SERVICE DURING THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO THESE LIMITATIONS APPLY ONLY TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Apropos and its personnel harmless from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use, your submitted materials, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another party's rights.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, security risk, abuse, violation of these Terms, legal requirements, or discontinuation of a service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by Nevada law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. State or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
