This Privacy Policy explains how Apropos Group LLC ("Apropos," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you use AI4 Businesses product-purchasing pages and the NGCC, NAT-CORP, and NEBC services.
Information we collect
- Account and contact information, including name, email address, telephone number, and business name.
- Business-profile information, including capabilities, NAICS codes, certifications, service areas, registrations, past performance, and information submitted for opportunity analysis.
- Subscription and transaction information. Payment-card information is collected and processed by Stripe; Apropos does not receive your complete card number.
- Technical and usage information, such as IP address, browser, device, pages visited, timestamps, and security or diagnostic records.
- Communications, support requests, survey responses, and other information you choose to provide.
How we use information
- Create and administer accounts, subscriptions, trials, partner access, and product entitlements.
- Provide procurement-opportunity discovery, matching, Analyze Fit reports, business-readiness services, support, notices, and requested communications.
- Process transactions, prevent fraud and trial abuse, protect the services, troubleshoot, and enforce our terms.
- Improve our products, evaluate performance, and comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.
How information is disclosed
We may disclose information to service providers that support payment processing, hosting, databases, authentication, email delivery, analytics, security, and AI-assisted processing. These providers may include Stripe, Netlify, Supabase, Resend, and AI technology providers used to deliver requested analyses. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, in connection with a business transaction, or with your direction or consent.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not disclose business profiles or opportunity analyses to unaffiliated parties for their independent marketing.
Payment information
Stripe processes subscription and one-time payments under its own privacy terms. We receive transaction identifiers, customer identifiers, subscription status, limited payment-method details, billing information, and payment results needed to administer access.
Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the services, maintain subscription and trial history, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal, tax, accounting, and security requirements. Retention periods vary by record type.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No electronic transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information by contacting us. We may retain information when required by law or needed for security, fraud prevention, subscription history, or dispute resolution. You may manage payment methods and subscriptions through available Stripe customer-management tools.
Cookies and similar technologies
Our services and providers may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for authentication, checkout, security, preferences, measurement, and service operation. Browser controls may limit some technologies, but doing so may affect functionality.
Children
The services are intended for businesses and adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
